Yoga classes are taught on my own, Amber. I’ll show you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting the body alignment, chanting from the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With experience like a massage & yoga therapist and achieving the pleasure training classes at studios and retreat centres around the globe, connecting with people all different backgrounds and walks of life.
I became honoured becoming a qualified yoga instructor beneath the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a licensed yoga school in India.
I’m able to guide all levels whether you’re a novice to yoga or higher advanced and seeking to improve and increase your regular practice.

My lady Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is known as men and women way of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to assist cultivate your Qi connecting with your universal elements. Ivan has a good amount of experience teaching at yoga weekend retreat spain & abroad and it is currently completing his training with all the Shiatsu College working in london beneath the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

During your keep with us you’ll be served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
And also the daily Yoga and Qigong classes we offer raw food nutrition workshops where one can figure out how to prepare easy and tasty recipes.

Additionally, you will are able to join in reiki healing along with a number of massage treatments.
