To remain adding and building around the “Urgency” Ordinance No. 315-816, adopted this coming year past, an ordinance passed to try and answer the new commercial cannabi standards established by MCRSA and after this AUMA (prop 64). So far the response through the Trinity community may be below excited as the process may be slow and leaving some house owners feeling overlooked. With the help of new inclusive choices for different farmers, the county presenting an even more broad spectrum of the MCRSA is made to offer, therefore making more farms and properties eligible for compliance.
