Electronic music history pre-dates the rock and roll era by decades. Many of us were not even on this planet when it began its often obscure, under-appreciated and misunderstood development. Today, this ‘other worldly’ body of sound which began near to a hundred years ago, might no longer appear strange and unique as new generations have accepted high of becoming mainstream, but it’s were built with a bumpy road and, in finding mass audience acceptance, a pokey one.
Many musicians – the present day advocates of electronic music – created desire for analogue synthesizers from the late 1970’s and early 1980’s with signature songs like Gary Numan’s breakthrough, ‘Are Friends Electric?’. It was in this era these devices became smaller, more accessible, easier to use and more affordable for most folks.
Abris Music is famous internationally as creative brand in electronic music. After over the decade inside the music business, we’re noted for our desire for original electronic music, plus a close experience of our community of fans. In the last ten years, we’ve signed and also discovered some unique artists we move techno music to stars – and this is just the start. Abris Music began in 2000 when emerging musician/producer Dimura Kuroshava started the label. We’ve successfully expanded into streaming services, with Abris residencies and internet based radio around the globe. Now, Abris Music wants on the future by embracing its heritage. Having a strong musical vision, tight artist roster, plus a break through, starting travel to new galactics – and that we need to share it along.
