Personality of an Entrepreneur

So, who exactly is surely an entrepreneur, do you know the qualities of your entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur can be a individual who has possessing a whole new enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks along with the outcome”… umm… okay on the other hand would prefer to say, an ideal entrepreneur is often a individual that guides a manpower to be able to apply a thought(doesn’t matter should it be his or someone else and whether it is new or old) to satisfy those who require the benefits produced by it, which leads to financial outcomes or profits.

Hence the basic characteristics or qualities of your entrepreneur can be:
– He / she needs to have a perception (again, inspite of who originally considered it and be it new or old).
– She or he should have the motivation/urge to pursue or use the idea.
– He or she should have use of manpower as well as to a chance to make manpower open to him (marketing secrets apply here).
– He / she should be an excellent leader.

However, there are many types of people too that have some or lots of the previously referred to qualities; but we do not contact them Entrepreneur. A good example of this kind of individual can be quite a scientist. Scientists have ideas or, in other words, they’re able to actually create ideas. Usually they are excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas no doubt, they’re good leaders as well and they, for certain gain access to at the very least minimal manpower (No, most scientists do not work in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they’ve a minimum of 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). But let us call a scientist a business person at the same time? Is he very towards the above definition?… something to think about huh?

And how of a dictator? He has their own or borrowed ideas, He really wants to apply them, he’s access to man power, can guide them perfectly… in fact, they will do most situations he wants. So, does that mean, a dictator can be an entrepreneur or, an entrepreneur is really a dictator!!
