The Value of Food in Our Life

Meals are the essential necessity for individuals so we all make money to acquire this basic necessity. We have to eat 3 daily meals to help keep our body running to ensure we can manage our daily functions. A lot of us ” Consume food to live” while you will find others who “Live to consume food”. In fact, nutrition assumes a special importance in every and everyone’s life.

The food is normally divided into two main categories given below:

1- Vegetarian food- Included in this are stuffs like milk, vegatables and fruits. They’re those issues that are from plants and trees.
2- Non- Vegetarian food- These include stuffs like meat and meat products, chicken, turkey, fish, squid etc. Non vegetarian food are usually obtained by killing animals.

2- Fats- It includes a group of compounds which are generally insoluble in water. These are generally present in stuff like butter, ghee, omega-3 fatty acid, lard etc. Fats are stored in the body to be used at a use later for energy.

3- Minerals- These are necessary for taking care of proper functions by the body processes much like the transport of oxygen during the entire body, stimulating growth, normalizing the nerves etc. Minerals is found from a various food products including meat, cereals including cereal products such as bread, fish, milk and dairy foods.

4- Protein- They’re key components of muscles, skin and hair. Proteins are of help in advance of various enzymes within the body that control various important functions. Major samples of protine include milk, meat, fish, egg, and vegetables.

5- Vitamins- They’re an extremely important component of animal body needed for a sound body. It’s organic compound required being a nutrient. Good causes of vitamins are fruits, vegetables, cereals, milk and eggs.

6- Water- It is popularly known as the”elixir of life”. The skin comprises of 55-78 % of water. It is required for the essential functioning from the important parts of the human body.

Thus, these points given above reflect the need for food and nutrients inside our diet. Provided that a person’s is alive, he needs water and foods within the required quantity.
