Wire Art Exploring Exciting New Dimensions

Wire art, also known as wire sculpture is an indispensable branch of recent art. Popularized by Alexander Calder, employing wires of single strands to produce net like sculptures of products and living beings which can be minimalist and abstract, wire art has been given by artists who sometimes decide to deviate from your mainstream. This kind of art produced from wire is KAYA by Racso Jugarap. Inside the creating and modeling of KAYA, Racso capitalized relating to the endless possibilities that wire art world. Like a wall sculpture, KAYA embodies a tear shape by having an airy loop in the centre connected by spider web like weave around the sides, fringing the empty circle in the center. The concept of KAYA isn’t wholly new – Racso derived it from his Sofia pieces. It has an overlapping design quality. He explained that Sofia is a gargantuan wire piece appearing like interconnected cocoons. His pieces makes it in terms of Los Angeles, California, Ny, Paris, France and Milan, Italy, being testimony to its covetous value as well as artistry sense.
Racso is happy that KAYA is up to be featured at All4Home event in Brussels, Belgium as well as in Maison et Objet Paris for public viewing. When asked what makes his wire pieces unique from the other wire sculptures, he said, “I guess because I never do every bit perfectly. My motto has long been, loving the advantage of imperfections which made the piece more interesting. I think each Racso J pieces their very own signature or thumbprint. A tale to tell. ”In an encapsulation, KAYA personifies the infinite variations possible in the world of wire art and interior planning and that he is satisfied that his work gets due recognition and appreciation.
