2016 Christmas Rock song recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A new 2016 Xmas rock track has been written, composed and then studio recorded in a Phuket recording studios in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the main aim of bringing attention and exposure for the Phuket island charity and children’s Orphanages that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day, Phuket site .

The songs title is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the tracks genre is a distinctive up-tempo rock n roll track. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo song guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket island and has kept the demo track since then awaiting the chance to record once again. In August 2016 Mark started the studio recording process and used local session musicians to record the tune over a 6 week period. The track consists of 8 differant tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the female lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was made in the United States as a result of Mark needed the most effective result and quality. The song is currently ready to be heard and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site.
The main goal of recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many folks to the Tsunami Day website as we are able to and then we hope in-turn they’ll be good enough to give to at least one or all the Phuket charities, and to also download the song.
Another primary goal is to have enough downloads of the music to fund and set up a Phuket live music cafe with open stage and recording studio / teaching room on Phuket, that will present free classes and tuition to local underprivileged kids from the area’s schools and children’s orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ is not open right now but the internet site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you are wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day internet site to advertise his music Tsunami Day which was influenced from his own particular experiences while he was working in Patong back in 2004 when the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. Just like ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’the track Tsunami Day also brought awareness to regional Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ site there’s numerous ways to simply help including a Phuket island Accommodation and budget flight booking to Phuket booking system. Every penny helps.
